How the numbers work ›
An order counts as pending only once it is delivered (COD) or captured (prepaid) and past its expected settlement cycle. Cancelled and returned orders are marked “will not settle” rather than left in receivables.

What is a remittance file gap?+
Couriers send COD remittance files on a cycle. When the files stop arriving, delivered COD money stops being matched. CleverBooks shows the date of the last file per courier so you know to chase the file.
Does it work with Razorpay settlement reconciliation?+
Yes. Razorpay settlements are mapped to orders, refunds and fees, and then matched to your bank credits.
